And, we usually start the conversation as far away from the project as possible. The questions we ask are about the people and the stories. More than budgets or timelines, we immediately start digging for that piece of information we can attach ourselves to. Because once we identify a piece of ourselves in the business or organization or project, then we start to understand how to tell that story.
