Advanced Eye Care


 

For this project, we were approached by an optometry practice to create a regional commercial. The brief; “we don’t want it to be a traditional eye care ad.” That’s it. The creative freedom took us down a myriad of rabbit trails before we landed on the simple concept that ‘vision truly is a miracle, but it’s your brain, not your eyes that actually take these two-dimensional images and build the world around you.’

So, then the argument became easy. “Use your brain and let us take care of your eyes.” 

It was a two day shoot; one in the studio experimenting and capturing footage, and one in their offices focusing on the more technical side of their complex profession. 

Side note, the voice actor is actually one of the doctors from the practice. And, it’s those little details we care about the most.
